Hi VanMan,

Bookable: Yes
Available for upgrade: depends.

There are other avenues to make a reservation, CCC and at the property itself. If reservations sort of happen from all three avenues around the same time, it may not be reflected immediately. IMO, this would be one of the reasons guests are turned/walked away because a property might be overbooked.

Another important point to share would be properties might have individual arrangements on their inventories, i.e. the number of suites available for sale may not equate to that available for upgrades.
