Has anyone noticed that they don't even release the majority of upgrades any more until the day of the flight, even at the airport? Just did a R/T to Orlando w/my wife who is Silver. I checked the day before the flight, within 24 hrs and more than half the seats hadn't been assigned and at least 9 were available for sale WITH the elite upgrades. I called and they told me that there was a great chance of an uprade. this has happened on MANY flights recently. What is going on?
