Marriott SEA Airport is open on weekends, doesn't serve much food, but serves delicious fresh baked cookies. Good enough dessert for me.

Marriott Denver Tech Center is not open on weekends, and the lounge is next to the lobby (odd), but it serves fried chicken and something else every day 5:30-7:30; almost can have a whole meal for free there.
