LOL! I admire your imagination. All transactions through your PayPal debit card that are funded by your Amex card, will be classified as a purchase. However- the highest PayPal daily limit is $3000/day. So the max you can do is 3 per day. Not to mention the gas and time involved, you're better off doing the 20K miles for opening the chase bank account. Nice try though. On top of that PayPal will likely flag your account for fraud or financial review.
