It is funny when I have to travel on another airline besides WN because I feel like a rookie navigating their web sites, figuring out fare classes, etc. but I was really impressed with CO's website. Among other things, they let you know where the plane will be coming from, the plane type, and how delayed it is when you bring up the reservation and it is all on one screen. It would seem if CO can do it WN could do it too, but with the recent system changes, I guess I will just hope for a working website!
