Well it's now more than 8 weeks and I have heard nothing about my application for the MR visa card. Customer Service was a disaster. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me no 'cause I can not speak to a supervisor for that. So until now, no letter, no card no nothing.
Hmm, I wonder if they are doing me a favour. If that's a preview of their service, maybe it's better that I stick to my Amex platinum and transfer points to my Marriott account?
Maybe I should write a letter? But to whom should I write it and to where should I post it?
