I soon discovered that not only could I not access this reservation via "View/Change a Reservation" (I got a red error message saying the rez cannot be accessed, check back again soon), I also was unable to access "My Trips". I got the same Runtime error that Jake specified. I brought the issue up to a fabulous AS employee who we all know that posts frequently here . She worked with her web development colleagues and then, with humor, congratulated me on breaking the AS web site. Seems a day or so before I made the ill-fated reservation, the web development people implemented some modifications. The web site apparently had an allergic reaction to the relative complexity of my rez (companion fare, open-jaw, upgrades requested). I was told that my issue would be resolved by October 21. I responded, also with humor, saying that I felt a sense of pride in having done something that beckoa had not yet done . Although I'm paying a rather high price for it. I have a trip to ANC next week and would like to follow my upgrade status at the appointed time. I'll just work that issue with the Gold desk. (Edit: I hadn't tried the "View/Change" function on next week's rez. I tried that approach and can bring the rez up that way.)

Just haven't had a complex itin in a while

Now if we could only book six segments at a time vs. 4
