Transfering in Canada is a breeze compared to transfering in the U.S. We don't feed our immigration officers raw meat like you guys seem to do down south!

Also when going home to Tampa you will find U.S. Immigration & Customs located in Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa so you land in Tampa as a domestic flight!

You will have to clear Canadian customs and Immigration both ways but with a connecting ticket you should be waived on by, even the secondary inspections are pretty decent,
