Conversely, I recently got a very nice gift certificate from Qantas over similar IFE and seat troubles in Y, no less.
The difference in approaches was eye opening.
So true. You must be very upset, so why not switch to OneWorld so you can have that excellent service instead of whining about it on this forum?
