When you have choice the "small stuff" makes a difference. If it's supposed to be part of the product offering that you paid for than you should expect to receive what you paid for or be otherwise compensated. We have choices these days and part of the decision-making process when making choices includes assessing the product offered vs. the product delivered. Don't receive what you expect often enough and the choice becomes easy.
