BINGO. You got what I want to get.... Pakistan has very cheap premium class tickets and I would like to take advantage of that, however, only travel agents in Karachi can issue tickets on BA with transfers via DXB or AUH.
On the Oneworld forum, manar discussed issuing rtw and other tickets from Pakistan. From memory, he had some issues with BA and CX and settled on AA who have a GSA in Karachi and Islamabad. Here are links to a couple of the threads:
