What is the Frequent Visitor e-Channel?
The self-service Frequent Visitor e-Channel at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is an automated passenger clearance system for frequent visitors providing faster, more convenient immigration clearance. Registered visitors scan their travel document and verify their fingerprints to enter or exit Hong Kong. On arrival a visa label is issued for insertion into the travel document.
Who is eligible to enrol with their Marco Polo Club membership Card?
Starting from 7 September 2009, all Silver, Gold and Diamond members of The Marco Polo Club can enrol with their membership card, valid travel document and valid multiple visit visa (if applicable).

How to enrol?
