It is a bit short. Your flight should arrive at terminal 3 and around that time it should not be so busy at customs and to recheck your luggage. If your connecting flight is leaving from either terminal 2 or 3 you should be fine. If it is terminal 4, then better run for the bus shuttle.

No idea where DL 123 is going to, so don't know from which terminal this flight is leaving.
