As said above the regular terminal has WiFi, just slow. The landside choice and minimart outside has reasonable prices on food/beer, the airside prices are extortionate.

Depending on how late your flight is, how long the wait is for immigration, and how busy checkin is for your next destination you might not have much time at all - 2-3hrs for all of this.
