My company has decided to drop Bass Hotels & Resorts, apparently there were just too many complaints. Bass just loves to hide behind the "each hotel is independently owned and operated" phrase.

They are looking towards Marriott (hotel has to be an Air Canada partner).

I would like to know what is the general feeling about Marriott Hotels?
