A few thoughts:

- with your UA boarding pass you won't be able to get into any other terminal but Terminal 7. So even if there are other lounges, you won't get there unless you buy a ticket.
- There is a RCC there which also works as a Priority Club lounge. But it closes at 2100 and opens at 500. The BA lounge is also closed and you wouldn't have access anyway unless you have high status with them. ANA uses the BA lounge and I am not sure whether there are any other lounges. But it doesn't look pretty.
