What about YX flight number, operated by F9?

What about a Midwest ticket, with a flight operated by Frontier with a Midwest flight number? If those don't qualify, then there's a huge problem for those of us looking to earn MQMs on Midwest flights, especially since there's currently so much flux in terms of which airline is operating the flight. Technically, as of 11/3, there are no Midwest-operated flights, as all will be operated by Republic, Chautauqua or Frontier. I'll be curious to see how that shakes out before booking on Midwest again.

With the choice of a DL connection out of MSN or a YX nonstop out of MKE, the uncertainty of MQMs certainly favors sticking with Delta.
