I tried a couple different sites, I keep on going back to ctrip. Not that b/c it is perfect, far from it. I think it is because I got used to their web site and way of doing things. They do have an "English" phone line for US. I found that a BIG plus. You have to call according to their office hours in Beijing of course. Their email response is quite quick, although not always answering my questions directly. (more like boiler-plateanswer sometimes)
