Does Delta offer MQM on Midwest coded flights or not
According to the Delta skymiles partner earning charts, you earn 100% rdm on midwest. However, the MQM chart has no entry for Midwest. Should I assume a clerical error or that you really don't get ANY MQM on midwest, only RDM?

Also, assuming you do get MQM's on midwest, would it still apply if I flew a midwest coded flight that was operated by a non-skymiles partner such as frontier?
