I don't really think UA is any worse than other legacy carriers.
One thing I don't like UA about is that they completely abandoned NYC market save for PS routes.

Best? The route structure that suits for me.
Being able to upgrade W fare to SIN or BKK works really good for me as opposed to upgrading to NRT on AA.
