Quiz: How well do you know your chain restaurants?

Inspired by the thread about why Americans like chains so much, I've put together a little FT quiz. No prize other than the glory of knowing that you spend far too much time thinking about restaurants. No cheating and using google. Answers are whited-out but will show up if you hit the quote button, so figure it out first.

Match the chain and the current corporate parent (There are a couple of extra parents thrown in, just for fun):

Your choice of parents: Brinker, Darden, Yum Brands, PF Chang's, Panera, Wendy's, Outback, Cheesecake Factory, McDonalds, DineEquity Inc (hint: the owner of IHOP).

Chains: Grand Lux Cafe, Red Lobster, KFC, Fleming's Steakhouse, Paradise Bakery and Cafe, Capital Grille, Chili's, Applebee's, Pei Wei, Maggiano's, Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Taco Bell

Bonus questions:

What consumer packaged goods company owned Darden Restaurants before spinning it off as its own company?

Which of the above parent companies is no longer a publicly-traded company?

What does the "PF" in PF Chang's stand for?

Answers:

Grand Lux: Cheesecake Factory
Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Capital Grille, Longhorn: Darden
KFC, Taco Bell: Yum Brands
Fleming's: Outback
Chili's, Maggiano's: Brinker
Paradise Bakery and Cafe: Panera
Pei Wei: PF Chang's
Applebee's: DineEquity

General Mills used to own Darden, Outback is no longer a publicly-traded company and "PF" stands for Paul Fleming, the founder of the concept.
