I'm glad you persisted and prevailed. The Gold Passport Concierge was clear that we are entitled to our diamond amenity irrespective of our choice of miles or points:

I know that my frustration over agents lack of knowledge and unwillingness to post the points is what led to my gratefully accepting an offer of a Private Line Agent. Hopefully, your time spent on this will result in more agents being educated about the benefit.
