and I was suggesting in my OP that that pattern (of zeroed out flights) was how CX stopped reservations while they were making changes to their system by pulling all F availability from certain flights. Hence my suspicion that AA might be doing the same thing. Gladly, it appears not.
By your logic, they would also be considering pulling Y from the flights, since that inventory is also zeroed out, per your original post. Not likely, which is what mvoight was getting at.
