Feeling somewhat frustrated with trying to get any decent Hyatt to use points or FFN.
Specifically, have been trying forever to get 2-4 nights at Park Hyatt Vendome or HR Madeleine using either points or FFNights but No availability and Diamond Customer Service cannot do anything. This is unlike Hilton where Diamond CSRs can make requests to the hotel.
I am looking for 2-4 nights from Mar 26-Mar30. Any thoughts on how/if this can be done?

I had the same issue last year trying to get Hyatt in Carmel. Finally ended up going on a weekday.
If you guys have any suggestions on how to make this happen, I would appreciate it. Currently have 4 FFNs at HR De Gaulle.

P.S. Hyatt website says you need 15000 points for one night redemption in Cat 4 but CSR told me it is 24000 points??? No comprende!
