sorry to hear about your experience but the LH FA tend to forget sometimes that itīs still a service metier. Since I am drinking a lot during a long flight, I am already used to go to the galley by myself which I prefer instead of the "ping" sound all the time when people sleep next to me. On all of my last Y-flights they had prepared something in the galley, Iīm wondering why they didnīt do it in your case. Regarding the meals: Iīve rarely had some good food in Y of any carrier.

As already mentioned, take MUC or another airport. Since the FAīs starting from MUC are likely to be nicer (itīs been told by people & I can confirm that with my experience to Asia) choose that one if you have the option.
