After reading this long thread, I have to agree with the other gave. I liked the old system and I got almost 100% upgrade because I planned out my trips with avail upgrade space and balanced out the upgrade instruments.

Now, if one does miles+copay upgrade (which I'm for because I buy B fares) does that confirm at time of booking like always, or would I be placed on the waitlist t-100hrs?
