What if I don?t want to be upgraded?
You may cancel your request if your upgrade has not cleared. If your upgrade has already been confirmed, you may request to be placed back into your original cabin (subject to availability). Please speak with a United Reservations agent or airport agent for assistance in either case.
Ya, I liked that part too. "Don't forget to specifically un-upgrade yourself, or we'll yank you away from your traveling companions, and when we put you back, who knows what seat you'll get".
