I actually think this is a bigger part of the picture (not the buying and selling on e-bay).... rather the infrastructure associated with keeping track of 500's, cr-1's, the saturday sweeps, etc. Now they will only need the GA to account for the upgrade.

This should move will probably trim several off of the UA/MP payroll.
