Only until AA matches the new UA scheme and eliminates stickers (and sticker upgrades) on three-class AFS transcons.
I read it the same way you do and I agree with you - if AA holds its ground, AA looks more attractive.
As part of this change, UA will eliminate CR-1s and is now telling elites that only miles plus cash or SWUs will work to free elites from ps coach once the unlimited scheme becomes effective in six months.
