Suite ugrades are not part of this program. Consequently, you don't see a gazillion threads here complaining about not being able to get a suite when one was clearly available.

So .. if you've gotten one or ever get one in the future, consider yourself fortunate. We just never expect them, so we're never disappointed when we don't get them.

So, as I sit here in my really nice room at a Hyatt, munching on my Chocolate truffles, enjoying my two bottles of spring water, and as I sit on 6 FFN nights in the bank, I don't really mind that I didn't get a suite here tonight.
