lala, good choice with the park hyatt, it's probably has THE most ideal location of any hotel in philly as it is right off of Walnut & Broad. Walnut between broad and 20th has a slew of great shops and restaurants and is a great area to take a stroll in. Broad is a lively street, lots of restaurants and all the performing arts theaters. Broad is basically 14th st (runs north/south) so 30th street station is a 5 minute drive - i would cab it. Should cost you around $5. Saw the earlier posts regarding your hotel choices in philly. Good decision not to go w/penn's landing by the way. not much around there. you will definitely enjoy PH much much more. also, PH guests have access to a great sports club too if you care about gym facilities.
