I stayed at the Hyatt Penns Landing twice in the past week via Priceline. It was a good experience, although they had trouble with my reservations and both times the clerk blamed it on the fact that I had checked in using the 1-800-checkin service. It took about 15 minutes each time to straighten things out.

The hotel seems very similar to the Hyatt Harborside in Boston in decor and feel. There were taxis there at all times of the day, and parking was $15 for 24 hours. The hotel is right on the water but I-95 separates the Hyatt from the city, so you do have to cross over the interstate to walk into town. We walked to the subway (about 10 minutes) and also over to South Street (about 10 minutes the other direction). The neighborhood isn't dangerous, but there are plentiful cabs hanging out at the Hyatt so I would probably cab to most locations in the city.

I think the Park Hyatt has a more central location but with the low Priceline rates the Penns Landing hotel is a great deal.
