Hyatt customer service is great. I tried to book an award stay for 5 nights in New Orleans online but it wouldn't let me because 1 night was sold out. I called the diamond line and the customer service rep confirmed that one night was sold out but said that I could have the whole time anyway. I didn't even have to ask if this was possible, she just did it! I don't know if this was unusual or if they only do it for diamond's but I am impressed.
