I'll add my kudo's to the list... was having problems combining FFN's and point stays for the weekend of the Freddies. CSR couldnt do it, so I e-mailed Julia. Well, Julia was on vacation, but her boss Kara was handling things for a few days. She told me to give her a call and in 5 mins all was taken care of.
