Park Hyatt DC -- Excellent location for walking to Dupont Circle and Gerogetown. Can find street parking on weekends without paying exorbitant garage fees.

Regardless of your status almost always guaranteed a suite type room and if a Diamond, you are allowed to apply your breakfast credit towards room service.

Never been to the Grand, but the location is just OK, and the Regency -- which will soon have an operating Regency Club on weekdays --is OK for what it is, but it is not in a great location unless you want to do the Mall.
