For your purposes it is probably fine, BUT, make no mistake, it is not a luxurious property by any stretch of the imagination.

It is probably the Hyatt that I least liked staying at if for no other reason than that it really seemed to have no lobby to speak of and it really seemed to be nothing more than a business oriented hotel.

The one nice thing about it besides access to the metro, is that its parking garage is free to its guests on Friday and Saturday nights, and I think until sometime Sunday evening.

It is adequate, nothing less and nothing more, and by way of comparison, the Hyatt Regency DC is 100 times nicer than is the property in Arlington.

The resto is probably nice, but it seemed to be quite expensive for dinner. As for breakfast, I was given my Diamond coupons.

I did not think of choosing the T-Shirt, but the amenity I selected was neither remarkable nor even memorable, so perhaps I did not choose wisely.

I was, however, upgraded to a business type suite, which was nicely decorated in an Art Deco type of motif.

Hope this helps.
