I think you are referring to Dave Cudden, the Aussie, who is now in Bali. He was replaced by Dietmar Koegerl, who we guess was not on the same wavelength as the owners. The 2 acting (interim) GMs were only there until a GM was found.
The new GM, Michael Delargy has come from ROS where he was Hotel Manager (not GM). I think this is his first GM posting.

That makes 3 GMs after 4.5 years of operation.

I assume that like many large companies, employees advance by changing positions so GMs would earn respect by having managed various properties and would apply for new positions as they become available.
