On my last stay, I overheard the supervisor tell the one that didn't know what was up to separate the bonuses with a comma and to use the same line. These actually posted just fine.

Don't want to argue with you and you seem to feel very strongly about your Hyatt points, but I'd like for them to get it right so I don't have to call them. Will I make the call to get the points? You bet. Do I think the points have a huge value compared to other programs? Absolutely. do I think this is a deficiency they could rectify with more training or system upgrades? I know it.
