Although I enjoy my stays at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, the account maintenance to ensure that all bonus points post is just way too time consuming. They have never posted to my airline account without at least two phone calls and a three - four month wait. They reflect in my GP account detail; but, never post to the airline.
