Bob was the force behind the phantom upgrade system. If DL would just add that one practice it will go a huge way towards mollifying the issues and complaints so many here have with the SM program.
As long as day of travel PMUs clear first, I woundn't care. That being said I think this affects a relatively small number of passengers compared to some of the other changes.
