let's try to keep this about Bob and wishing him well.....but I do want to come to Jeff's defense a bit (yes I have piled on complaining about him in the past)...the culture of DL is very different from the culture at NWA...from my point of view as an outsider it appears DL is more influenced by keeping costs to the lowest level possible which has hampered what Jeff would like to do, NWA's culture was of making sure revenue was at the highest level possible which has allowed Bob to create "Best in Class"....

....regardless loosing Bob is a huge loss to the SkyMiles program and Delta as a whole
