The simple fact that the train stops at Ebbsfleet on the way to the continent causes massive problems. Quite a lot of people board there, but everyone at St Pancras don't realise and chose to seat-shift as "the seats must be vacant". Hence total chaos whenever the Ebbsfleet crowd board and cant sit in their assigned seat because breakfast is already being served of which the St Pancras passengers have taken all the full breakfasts leaving the Ebbsfleet lot with some yucky mushroom and broccoli omlette
