I'm not sure if anyone has done this and had the experience I had, but I spent about an hour on VOIP from Indonesia the other night getting my wife's return award ticket moved out a few extra days. It was an interesting experience because she had already flown the outbound (so they couldn't just redeposit and reissue from my DL account) and the date we wanted to change to required perkwaster miles level (originally booked at PerkSaver). There were of course no miles left in my WP account (all moved to a new SM account) and they said there is no way to xfer them back from my new DL account. I was messing around online as they out me on hold and there were a bunch of interesting mileage ledger entries in my WP account, effectively to create some miles for the perkwaster award. Interestingly, no equivalent entries on my DL account. Ultimately it looks like someone just manually added 60k miles to my account to allow the reissue to go thru. YMMV.
