Totally agree, Grand NY need alot of upgrade, the room look just like a motel condition sorry for saying this. The breakfast line was long took me about about almost 45 mins, but that's ok hey it's free!!!!!. The good thing about Grand NY it is so easy to get from place to place as we know " Grand central" I'll try Park stanhope next time.

By the way I have a breakfast coupon at Hyatt Jersey at the hudson if anyone want to take it, it's free with no exp date on it.
