Just used up a FFN on the last possible night at the PH San Francisco; some time back, we had a big problem with service for breakfast because the hotel had booked a wedding party buffet into the public restaurant.

That didn't happen today and breakfast, as well as everything else, went smoothly. Got an excellent room on the 24th floor and had a great time. This stay was a pleasure and I am now delighted to report that!
