I've stayed at the three locations (Park, Grand, Regency). My comments echo kv's, with Grand being very well located especially if you're in town for sightseeing or shopping. However, the Park is my favorite Hyatt in the country. I love the rooms, feels very relaxing, and the service is the best I've encountered. Location is a little inconvenient for sightseeing and shopping and a little quiet on weekends (but that's also the appeal). The Regency is my last choice (once they took over an hour to bring my car around - unacceptable - but the manager on duty did take the parking charge off my folio) although some rooms have spectacular bay views with a balcony.
