Is this still being flown with 777 and International Business service? It isn't one of the ones that's been downgraded to Regional Business, has it? I'm getting ready to book it as part of a RTW itinerary in Business so of course would prefer the newest seats, IFE, etc.
777-200ER (starting from Oct 25) with JAL Shell Flat seats and MAGIC-III (IFE)
IFE is the best out of the four options (I, II, III, IV) with AVOD.
Shell Flat is a long haul business class seat but not the latest. The latest is the NEO seats used on the JFK, SFO routes (LAX and ORD starting from Oct 25). But definitely not the regional J seats. More info about the seats

Just a side note, the 772 has a long-haul config and premium economy seats are used as economy cabin. And in case you are interested,
