Free Economy Plus Access
I paid for one time E+ access for two segments of a round trip flight, as I am tall and have no elite status on United. The aircraft changed on one and I got bumped to E-. I called to complain and the agent fixed it.
However, I later booked another flight with United and I noticed it let me pick E+ seats for free. I also was pricing another flight and it let me have access to E+ again (though no exit rows).
So, should I just look at this as a nice present from United or did the phone agent make a mistake and sign me up for the yearly E+ access?
edit: Just noticed that the title of this thread could be a little misleading...sorry about that!
