I know, it's hard to believe. I am holding an e-ticket in my hand that was booked and paid for last Thursday and just cam by fax 10 minutes ago! It says:

YEG - YVR AC 8379
THIS FLIGHT IS OPERATED BY AIR NOVA

Unbelievable. The hard part is convincing an AC res or check-in agent that it is indeed a CP-operated flight and not and AC Connector. Both ITN and Travelocity show it the 'right' way so I am thinking that this is a RESIII issue???
