A couple years ago a bunch of FTers were rather toasted and snuck into the one of those desert storage facilities, tied up an old 747-100 to a couple of Civics and towed the plane down south to have a Tijuana paint job done (you can't see it in the picture but the other half of the plane is painted to look like a drag racer, complete with the racing stripe, spinning rims and neon lights.) We also added a horn that plays La Bamba at a volume that rivals a freight train's whistle, on steroids, 3cm from your ear...we were tired of waiting in line for takeoff and we figured who doesn't like little tune every now and then. Anyways I can't seem to remember what happened to it, nor what else happened that night, but it's rumored to still be parked somewhere in one of the offsite lots next to EWR and every once in the while the tune of La Bamba can be mysteriously heard in downtown Newark.

We also did the same thing with an A300, but that was solely to hack of theblakefish.
